5 months to Shakira?

Hi everyone! So, I'm new to this site and am hoping I can get some advice..

I am 5'4 ~117lbs.. I have cut flour, sugar, and potatoes from my diet a year ago and am now at a weight that I like. However, I am soft all over, absolutely zero muscle definition.. and I'm getting married in exactly 5 months, by which point I want a nice, soft 4 pack. I can't really devote more than 3, maybe 4 days a week to exercise.
Also, I don't drink nearly enough water and eat a few big meals a day instead of tiny meals throughout.
So, is it within the realm of possibility that I get the body i want in 5 months? And what can I do at the gym (and outside the gym) to get it??
