Sport 5 Meals?!?

So I have to eat 5 meals a day to help me gain weight and to go along with the push ups and crunches.

Can someone give me a little menu of like 5 basic meals? That like almost everyone has in there house.
I dont have protein shakes so keep that in mind.
 
pasta, chicken, beef, egg whites, oatmeal, yogurt, rice, beans, wheat bread. I would prefer you eat alot of meat to gian weight. Just my opinion.
 
You think push ups and crunches are going to help you gain muscle mass? People who eat 6-8 meals a day, workout at a gym for an hour have hard time gaining muscle mass.
