So i hear about this actually on another website. And went out and bought the book "5 Factor Diet" from what i have read online it had gotten good reviews. Seems very easy to follow. Has anyone ever tried this diet and did it work? The thing is i am 10wks pregnant so i really cant diet like how someone who isnt pregnant could. So the 5-factor diet your eating 5 meals a day. All healthy fruits and veggies and actual food. So that would work very good with me. And the workouts arent crazy or anything. So i can do them while pregnant. Thanks...

There's no real evidence that says 5 meals a day is better than 3 meals a day -or that it helps you lose weight.

Since you're pregnant - now is the time to make sure you are eating as healthy as possible, dieting is probably not the best thing for you - however do keep in mind that you are eating for 2 - just not 2 full grown men -that which is growing inside of you is about the size of a pea right now...

Talk to your health care professional about what you should or shouldn't be eating (I've read all sorts of do's and don't's for pregnant types...) and if you haven't been working out - start slowly and do talk to your doctor again about what's appropriate...

What are your current stats - -height/weight/age - etc..

I wasted $60.00 on the 5-factor diet. My advice: Don't try it! I tried it for 2 weeks and it just isn't gonna work. Not to mention, you can NEVER get a hold of them. It took me over an hour on the phone to cancel.

I lost 25 pounds in 4 months (some people could do better, but I work 60 hrs a week), using this site below. It is not filled with crap either like 5-factor was. I'd recommend giving this a shot, and as always, you can request a refund if not satisfied.

Best program I've ever used.[/QUOTE]

That's a good program, it tells simple things and easy to do, but it is practical, not theory crap like 5-factor.
