when working ur back, u'll work ur Bi's and when working ur chest ur tri's
If u want growth and strenght u'd be better off doing this.
M-Chest + Tri's + front delts
T- upper back + rear + mid delts (u'll work ur bi's some but not too much)
W- Lats + bi's + core
T- Legs
F- work all muscles which dont ache.
well i like many other people hate doing legs... so i do them on monday and get them out of the way... so here is my split
mon- legs
tues- chest
wed- back
thurs- shoulders and abs
fri- arms bis and tris.
you work your arms with all your upper body exercises and you can throw shoulders with back and just do abs and cardio on thursday if youd like to give your arms a rest.
Looks good, you'll infact be getting 1 direct tricep workout, and another indirect. But mon > fri is definatly enough time to heal from a direct workout. And Fri > Mon is enough time to heal from an indirect workout..
