Well I am almost 14 years old male. I am not overweight. I just need to lose some weight for my won purposes, also it would be nice to be tonesd. Well right now I am 5'8 and 130.6 lbs. I am a long distance runner and competitive swimmer. When i was younger in grade 6 i was chubby and I didn't even notice. i was probably 4'10 and 125 lbs. After i got my paper route some of it came off since in grade 7 I was 5'3 and 124.5 lbs, still alittle chubby. I started putting on alittle weight and at the end of grade 7 was 135lbs and 5'6 and wanted to lose some weight. So my mom and I joined a running group becuase both of us loved running and got right into it. By the end of the summer I was 125lbs and 5'7. I went on vacation and got up to 131 lbs and went back down to 129 and then went on another vacationa dn was up to 133lbs. I was fine with it in October. The in the middle of november after a 15km run I came back and weighed myself 138lbs!! That is alittle too much for me. And then my pool got closed for one month. Luckily I started watching what i was eating. I didn't cut back at all just made healthier choices and got down to 130.6. Now i wnat to be 120-125lbs for wrestling so I can be in the weight group that i want to be in. I wnat to be toned to. I have a flat stomach but it is kind of flabby but flat and I want to turn it into a six pack. So I am healthy right now but for wrestling i want to be 120-125lbs.
