Hello All, so I finally found the courage to post some before and in between photos so that I can get some feed back. Currently I've been doing the P90X videos but only the weight training ab ripper X and yoga. All the other cardio days I spend riding my bike and attempting to run. I want to take advantage of this summer weather you know. Also of course I'm making better eating choices. But I think I can do better. I feel that I need to maybe track my eating habits to see where I can make improvements. Can anybody help in that department. So I guess my goal is to have a SOLID 230 lb body frame with outstanding pecs, eye catching arms, killer back and subtle but sexy abs. LOL any advice to help me reach that goal would be greatly appreciated.
