Hi my name is John and this is the first time that i have ever posted here but i figure that it may be the motivating factor that i need to stay focused, get off this plateau and reach my goal weight...My pictures arent really to revealing but i started out at 277 lbs and i am currently at 232, starting on November 1, 2006. I use weight watchers and a cardio routine with light strength training 5-6 days a week. The reason i post partially upset is because i cant get into the 220's, and i still have 35 more lbs to go. SO here is a before and during, and one day i would like to have the after.
Also, if anyone has any advice to get rid of the belly and chest fat PLEASE tell me .....thanks for your help and support.
