I thought I would share my weight loss success. I lost 31 lbs in 30 days and 70 lbs in 60 days and 94 lbs in 90 days and I quit counting at 113days 114lbs lost. I started March 10th 07 and had 160 lbs off before the years end and lost 10 more after. I've kept it off since and I also have no issues with loose skin I feel like a million bucks!

Congrats on your success.

i hope this is real, and if it is, good job and congratulations, but it sounds like your selling something. your vagueness and phone number on your post leads me to that conclusion. trust me 160 lbs lost your going to have some loose skin, especially if you lost it in less than a year. it takes time for skin to tighten but at 230 you may still be filling it out somewhat.

like i said if this is real good job and congratulations,i apologize for being so judgmental. if this is not real shame on you

I think we have a winner with this guess. I google his name and he won a contest using a weight loss product. Not my way of doing things but if it worked for him and he keeps it off, who am i to say otherwise. I'd venture to say that he lost his weight through diet and exercise combined with this product. I cant imagine there being no loose skin.

Anyway, congrats again Mark.

FYI: i found his profile on Facebook. He used Isagenix ... it's not diet pills. It uses a combination of cleanses with meal replacement supplements. I actually use Isagenix, but I use it for the cleanses, not for weight loss. I have lost weight on it, but as soon as I stopped using it, the weight came back, so I wouldn't recommend using it for weight loss ... it runs about $300 USD / month.

OMG!

If I had that kind of cash to spend every month....

in perspective, it replaces some of your regular meals, so it's probably only about $100-$150 difference ... at least that's what I found

Yes I Did

Your right, I did use Isagenix and I did use exercise too. I actually do share the program but on pages like these I don't like to promote it. I like more to let it be known that if you find a way that works for you it can be done. I actually did a triathlon in june 08 and was doing great. I still use Isagenix but I consider my program free. but that's another story. I prefer to use my story in hopes of encouraging others to know that losing weight like I did ( 170lbs) is doable. As far as the loose skin I am not struggking with that. I don't have a six pack a way long way to go for that ( my best in-shape weight 20 yrs ago was about 195) but I can go to the pool and nothing is sagging around. as far as keeping it off, I haven't done any exercise since the triathlon, maybe a little walking and a few trips to the gym, I went through Thanksgiving, Christmas and one more personal event and I have put on 20lbs. But at least now I know it and feel uncomfortable. So feb 1 I'm on again and ready to complete my way back to my authentic self. I know wellness, including weight management and fitness is a concious decision. Personally I chose to Live, at 400lbs I struggled, now I feel free enough to tackle any physical challenge. Please note that when you chose to make a difference in your life and you stick to a plan that works for you it's just a matter of time.

That was Anthony

Anthony won the 2nd annual contest that I had won. He actually started at the same weight. but he's only 20 or so and he lives in NJ I never met him until august. We both have won a battle. For me, getting to the Morbidly Obese size came with a lot of denial. I never thought I could lose it and if I tried and failled it might have been devastating. I know that it takes a new set of disiplines to get back into a more natural body. the program i used helped me do that. Now I work hard to make the right decisions each day. I know that someone that has been conciuos about thier health for a long time it's easy and natural. But for me it's actually establishing a new nutritional regiem for me and my family, not easy on a limited budget but if we want to live well and live longer it's the only way. It's not simple and you can't "just do this or just do that" you have to do it all. Exercise, watch and plan your nutrition, plus make sure you improve your spirit so you can share your good fortune forward. Don't we all want good health and wellness for our families, friends and community? I now know people can win and they can stay fit and healthy and live a great life. Before I made the decision to chose life, I didn't hold out much hope and I was suffering and so was my family and I didn't even know it. Now I know my Mom will rest easy knowing I'm OK and I will live long enough to have my grand kids sit on my knee!

As far as spamming the world, I don't consider what I do a company or a business and in almost 2 years of posting and talking about my story I have only brought 1 person into this program. ( not from here) this is not a way for me to create anything for me, more to encourage and empower people like me to know that it can be done, winning the battle of obesity will take some time 8,000,000 people need to lose a 100 lbs or more I'm just one maybe we all can help the rest!
