-40 Pounds Part II

I joined here back in February I believe it was and within my four month stay I lost nearly 50 pounds! Then I just stopped showing up. I came back once or twice and it didn't last. :( This time I'm here to stay for another four months at least, though longer would be great, to lose another 40 pounds. My weight right now is somewhere between 180 and 190, which is too bad because when I left here I was 175 (down from 223). Point being, I wanna get down to 140 pounds, which is good because I'm short so yeah... you know how that goes. After that I'd like to work on tightening up my stomach and such.

I'll get my official weight on Saturday morning and update my signature (yay) then. This is like my fifth attempt in the last month to lose weight and this is going to be the one that works! I'm so sick of kids at school... especially a select few. Plus I've got a certain girl on my mind so that's going to help in the inspiration. ;)

Quick Recap of what I've just said:
Almost a year ago: 223 pounds
Half a year ago: 175 pounds
Now: 180-190 pounds
Goal: 140 pounds


Also, let me throw in a quick recap of my food intake:
Breakfast: Sadly, I missed this meal as I was running late for school.
Lunch (11:30am): Ham sandwich w/ lettuce and miracle whip (white bread), apple


I'll get my dinner update after I have... well... dinner. :p As for now, I'm going to go jump on the trampoline for awhile.
 
Thanks! :D Alright, so not much to say now except that I've definitely gotten my 64+ oz. of water for the day and I spent about 30 minutes on the trampoline. Also, for dinner I had a chicken breast and some rice. Well that's about it, I'll probably update this tomorrow. xD
 
So I saw in Penquin's diary that she had made a list of all the reasons why she wanted to lose weight and I thought it was a great idea! So, I figured I'd throw one in too:

1) Siera (most definitely)
2) To stop the ridicule at school
3) I don't have to feel self conscience eating out
4) More friends (supposedly losing weight helps)
5) I can go running without being embarrassed (I actually do like running!)
6) Take my shirt off at the beach
7) Go to the beach and have fun
8) Wear clothes I WANT to wear
9) And most importantly... Siera!

And for the record: I'm having a grapefruit before bed. :) I'll be hitting the hay here in about half an hour. So again:

Breakfast: N/A
Lunch: Sandwich, apple
Dinner: Chicken, rice
Dessert: Grapefruit (no sugar)
Water: Over 64 oz.
Exercise: Plenty of time on the trampoline
 
Well here we are again for another exciting entry in my journal (sounds more manly than diary ;)). For breakfast I had an interesting little treat... it was white bread with the crust cut off spread with cream cheese and stuffed with olives. It was horrible! I got through three of the olives and through the last one away. :p This breakfast was approximately 150 calories, for the record.

I've been doing alright with water so far today and I just remembered to get a big glass of it. Today at school sucked but I'm not letting food get the better of me! After some water I'm going to go spend some time on the trampoline.

Oh! Almost forgot about lunch. I had a ham sandwich with lettuce and miracle whip as well as a freaking gigantic bloody orange! It was HUGE! Lol... anyways, off I go.
 
So I got in some trampoline time. :) Um... what else? I just kind of chilled for awhile before I had a carrot serving and then a while later had dinner. About 3oz. (I'm guessing) of London Broil steak, maybe 1/2 cup of rice-a-roni flavored rice and probably a cup of green beans. I've really wanted to eat something since dinner but I'm not letting myself! Yay for me! :D

And now, the quick recap:
Breakfast: Olives wrapped in slice of bread w/ cream cheese
Lunch: Ham sandwich (lettuce, miracle whip), giant bloody orange
Snack: Carrot (one of those 7 inchers)
Dinner: (Approx) 3oz. of Steak, 1/2 cup of rice-a-roni rice, 1 cup of green beans
Water: Somewhere between 48 and 64oz. (not sure exactly)
Exercise: 20 minutes on the trampoline

Today, I didn't do as good as I normally would. :( For breakfast I had a bowl of apple jacks (so good). But then at school, a select few of us were given a breakfast treat. There were things from enchiladas to soups to cookies to doughnuts! Well, I did have some soup. Then decided to try some enchilada and then had to wash down the spiciness with some fruit so I did okay with the temptation of doughnuts and such. I also stashed a whole bunch of sweets in my bag and sold them later. :p I did end up having a bite of a cooky but then felt horribly guilty and spit it out!

For lunch I had the normal ham sandwich and an orange, as well as a large carrot I cut up that morning.

When I got home, I had about 3 oz. of steak. I don't know why... I just really wanted it. I mean, I haven't done anything horrible yet but I still don't like what I've done today. As for now, I'm working on getting down my 64oz. of water.

Ah!! It seems like it's been forever since I updated this thing! I ended up staying the night at a friends house on Friday and he had me stay over Saturday night also. Then I didn't leave there until around 4:30 and went straight to a movie and wow.. I've just had no computer time! But I'm back.

I didn't do horrible at my friend's terribly unhealthy house (only cereal and frozen foods, no fruit or veggies!) but I didn't do good. I would guess I stayed at the same weight for the last two days. I've snacked a lot though with no full meals so I can't really say what I've eaten. I'll just have to start over tomorrow. One thing I have done bad with is water. But I'm getting back on that too.

Alright, this is all I have to say for the night so I'll update this tomorrow. And weigh-in tomorrow also, since I missed my weigh-in on Saturday morning. Good night, all.
 
Alright, so I finally weighed-in and I'm quite happy! I'm in the very lowest range of weight that I thought I was at 180 pounds. This means I have only 40 pounds to lose! My goal: by Christmas!! Nah, that's not happening. :p 40 pounds should probably take about 5-6 months so I'll be working on some kind of goal time for this. Anyways, for breakfast I had a decent sized bowl of apple jacks. It's early so that's all I've had so far. I'm tempted to do some crunches but meh... it's too early right now. Plus I gotta clean my room, the bathroom, the hallway and the living room. :(

Oh! I got some Shinedown songs and they're a pretty good band. Sweet. Well, I'll be updating this later today.
 
I've chugged down 6 cups of water since my last entry a few hours ago and had lunch. It was a ham sandwich with miracle on white bread. I need some fruit or veggies though... I'm thinking of peeling a carrot. I wanna do some kind of exercise but I'm too lazy to.... that's really bad I know. :(

So yeah, just stopping by to throw in some snacks I've had today. I'm probably be having dinner in about 2 hourse and I'll come back then. Anyways, in the last 3 hours since my latest entry I've had a carrot (it was pretty big too :p), a celery stick and two tangerines. I've also upped my water count to 9 cups, totalling 72oz. of water today. (yay)

So just a quick update here of what I've done in the last 3 hours... I had a celery stick to hold me over until dinner. Dinner consisted of a small chicken breast and some salad with a little bit of ranch. I also had about 1.5 servings of rice-a-roni rice (I couldn't resist getting seconds) which was about 300 calories. I mean, it's not dramatic but I'm dissappointed that I went for the seconds... oh well. :(

Also, I'll be finishing up the day at 12 cups (96oz.) of water. My mom SHOULD be taking me to the gym later tonight and if I go I'll stop by once more to let you guys know how I did, if not, goodnight and I'll be back tomorrow. :D
 
Good morning! I'm gonna start this post off on a sad note admitting, though I really don't want to, that I had a bowl of ice cream last night! :( I felt so guilty afterwards... luckily it was a proper serving so it wasn't like I had a whole tub of ice cream. Still... I didn't need it. But it's a new day!

Breakfast this morning was so good! Scrambled eggs, three maple sausages and two buttered pieces of toast. I'm going to go take a shower now and after that the plan is to go play racquetball against my mom for an hour. :D
 
Alright, so I got in an hour of racquetball with my mom. Then I ran for 14 minutes (1.2 miles) on the treadmill. Yay! Finally! Other than that though, I haven't done any exercising. :( Let's see... for lunch, a grilled cheese sandwich and a clementine. Then my friend and I walked around for a little while before returning home for dinner which was chicken stir fry over a little bit of rice. We had dinner really early so it's going to be a hard night and I'll probably go to bed early to avoid temptation. I'll come back if I eat anything or something otherwise, good night. :D
 
Again, I cheated a little on my diet. :( Last night, having dinner so early really hurt me. I ended up having about 150 calories worth of baby cereal (it's good...), a clementine and about 4 oz. of steak. I mean that's not horrible but it still kind of sucks.

I've started out today really great though! Woke up around 7:15 (only 6 hours of sleep!!) and had a bowl of apple jacks. After that, my mom's friend came over and we went to play racquetball. We were playing against each other but I felt like I was "in the way" so after about 15 minutes said I wanted to go run on the treadmill upstairs. I ran/walked for 38 minutes and made it 3 miles!!! That's the farthest I've ever gone in one run!! My mom had to go pick up her paycheck but after she gets back and gets showered we're going to pick up my friend. He's spending the night! Yay! I'll be back later to update you wonderful people on the rest of my day. :D
 
AH! So it's been like two days since I showed up last. Not good! Basically, I was just really busy with my friend coming over, stuff around the house, blah blah blah. Since my short leave I haven't been doing the greatest. I haven't done anything extremely horrible but it hasn't been good. But now it's time to get back on track and lose as much as I can before my next weight in. I'm hoping to see at least two pounds gone.

So, to start off today, 2 blueberry-banana pancakes with some syrup and a banana. I'm off to Borders now to return my gift (I got two of the same movie... Rocky Horror Picture Show) so I'm going to pick out something else it seems. I'll e taking two water bottles with me and jack up that water count to 32 oz. early on in the day. :)
 
Alright, just got back from the racquetball courts. But firstly, what I had for lunch. A real grilled cheese sandwich (I hate the cheese squeezed between toast crap, it's all about the cheese being melted onto the toast) and a carrot. :) Then we played racquetball for an hour. I finished up there with a 9:52 one mile run. One of my fastest miles. :D

But now I'm being yelled at to get off the computer so we can get the Christmas tree up. Yes... we've waited this long...
