4 pack only no 6?

hello i need help guys ive been doing a lot of abs exercise ...in unknown reason i only have 4 packs.Well I mean the last 2 is not as define as my 4 packs.Its looks kinda flat at the botton then suddenly the top part is kinda washboard
My stats.
height 5'9
weight 147


this is my abs exercise
decline situp with plates(25 pounds) 4 sets of 25 reps
side crunch 4 sets of 35 reps
Knee / Hip Raise On Parallel Bars 4 sets of 20 reps.
crunch machine 4 sets of 25 reps.

then after that i run. for 10 mins(interval 1 min jog i min run) cause i dont wanna loose too much muscle cause im kinda too skinny now

Well my question is what is the best lower abs exercise.Well i heard there is no such thing as lower abs exercise cause the abs is one connected muscle.
Is there a way how to make it even?Is it genetics??

this is what i eat
breakfast
4 boiled eggs
4 turkey sausage and banana

lunch
grilled chicken with vegetable
fruits

dinner
same with lunch sometimes or instead of chicken i eat fish.

ive been doing a lot of weight exercise too

my weight now is 147 when i check it this morning.Im kinda afraid to lower my weight because i dont wanna get really skinny.Pls. help guys.
 
The best excercise to target lower abs is decline crunches. Use an ab bench and slightly decline it. Its important not to use a weight for resistance on this. Just do as many reps as you can. I had the same problem and this worked for me.
