4 hour body week 2! and blood results

Greetings,

I am brand new to this site, but looking forward to it.

As indicated my medium of loss will be the 4 Hour Body (4HB) by Tim Ferriss, the book came recomended through a friend, and I really enjoyed his ideas and perspectives on weight loss, so here I am.

Ive always been a heavier set guy, muscular, but heavy set and i'd love to trim down..all the way, my goal is to have a 6 pack before the next time I visit home, or at least have everyone have to take a double take!

I tried a nutritionist a while back, got some blood work done, but could never get the office to answer their fones again, and subsequently i ahve moved from the area, I did finally get my blood results..The nurse said everything was in good range and had nothing to worry about..any further thoughts or what the number mean would be great!

Left & Right Arm: 16”
Waist: 49”
Hips: 48”
Left & Right Leg: 27 ¼”
Neck: 17”
Total: 183.5 with neck = 200.5

Cholesterol: 186
Triglycerides: 90
HDL: 52
LDL: 119
Glucose: 93
Hemoglobin (A1C): 5.5

Begining of week 2

Weight: 265.00
Hips: 47.25
Waist: 48.25

I think I messed my original arm measurments up so now I take several. Anyway, glad to be here!
