LOL I can mindlessly nibble 2000 calories in nuts and think that I have had a nice snack which hardly counts which might put me over until dinner...

I have to be very careful with nuts...

Like so many things - nuts can be healthy - but they are not going to help you lose weight if they make your calories go over... If people that want to lose weight want to eat nuts they are best advised to work out the calories first and know exactly how they are choosing to spend their precious calories...
