4 3 2 1 Diet

So I was reading online and I came across the 4 3 2 1 Diet

4- Fruits and Vegetables
3- Protiens
2- Whole grains
1- Fat (up to 200cal per day)

Has anyone heard of this? Or tried it?
I also heard, that this diet is similar to "LA Weight Loss"

that's all you eat for the entire day or that's what each meal should consist of?

if it's the entire day, it's obscenely low in calories... if it's each meal -then it's just a lot of effort into planning.

LA Weightloss is basically alow calorie diet that strongly encourages emptying your wallet by buying unneccessary bars snacks and supplements...

How do you know it is low in calories? It doesnt actually STATE calorie requirements.

What nutrients are you missing out on? Dairy? You don't NEED that anyway.
 
if you know what a portion size is - you can guesstimate the amount of calories in the diet - it's roughtly 1200 calories...
 
I avoid all diets that make blanket recommendations for all populations. There are better options.
