3X wk workout + abs/pressup every day?

Hi

This is my first post so i hope i'm in the right place.

I have been pushing weights whenever possible for the last 4 months and seen a slight gain.

After doing some research it seems that 3 x per week full-body workouts will give me the best muscle gains. My question is, i am currently doing 10 min ab workout and 50 press ups a day. Should i keep this up or just do my 3 x per week full-body workout?

I remember asking a very similar question, and the answer is, that they are muscles like all others, and if you seriously work them out, then they need the same kind of rest.
 
Abs are normal muscles, they need rest. no need to work them more than 3x per week.
if pressups are push-ups, you don't need those either since your Fullbody routine should include bench pressing already.
 
no point in doing pushups every day in addition to a fullbody workout 3 times a week. Unless you are doing them for some rehab/posture improvement stuff, but stuff like that should be included in your program anyways.
