Hello fitness warrior:

I luv using this method for overall muscular endurance.example:

say you want to do push up.get in the push up position,hold a pause for 6 second.then go have way for 6 second,then to the bottom for 6 second.then back have way for 6 then back to the top for 6.

that will be 1 rep.
 
well that works for pushups, but try this in a bench press situation and you're looking to get hurt.
