Hello
I am 18 years old and from UK. When I was 10 years old, me and my friend decided to have competion on how many eating bag of crisps in a day. I starting to eat 5 crisps a day then I got more hungry so I starting to eat snicker ice cream bars. I was eating at least 4 packets of crisps and 4 snicker ice cream bars as snacks daily while watching television. I am now 5ft 2in and chubby. I love to run but I am out of breath after 30 seconds even I wasn't running too fast. My motivation is terrible because I just give up as soon as I start (on anything). Now I rarely eat crisps and have one ice cream a day. I need to shift the fat that I put on few years ago and trying to cut down fatty food but my mother is not helping me. Even I told her buy me smaller bar of chocolate, she still get me massive bar of chocolate which I eat it all. My mum side of family have very sweet teeth and bad eating habits such as eating very fast as they can. I trying encouraging mum (who is plus size) to cut down on eating on fatty food so we can eat more healthy. Anyway, I came on here via google, I saw some inspiration stories on weight loss so well done to you all who made so much effort on weight loss and keep it up :) ..
