32lbs. Go Bye Bye today...17lbs. To Go!

Hello everyone! I registered here a couple of months ago maybe (before that probably) and now that I dropped 32lbs I'm back. I'm looking for toning support mostly. I've got my diet thing down and it's going very good. By Christmas I should be at my goal weight...maybe even before.

Here are some things I want to accomplish within the next year, I know I'm stretching because I can get lazy at times but here they are...

-to be ready to run a charity marathon by May 2009 (The New Jersey Marathon and Long Branch Half Marathon- Sunday, May 3, 2009 Long Branch, New Jersey Run or Walk - 26.2 or 13.1 miles)

-to be able to do pushups (I can't do any right now, not even the girly one)

-to be able to do 100 crunches per night with no real hardship

-to be able to master the Couch-to-5K Running Plan

-to be able to wear a bikini with no issues on my upcoming cruise (May 2009). I'm sure I'll be able to do this by then.

Right now, I'm using resistance bands for toning and water aerobics to increase my endurance, get some cardio in, tone and drop weight. I'm trying to avoid lifting weights and using gym machines because I'm just not a gym person (gym doesn't motivate me). If Rocky could get a good workout and build muscle in the mountains of Russia then I'm sure I can do it at the pool, park and at home. Yeah, it's a movie but still. :cheeky:
