Hello everyone, I'm from Toronto and joined this website for extra motivation for those "I don't feel like working out" days. It is awesome to see alot of people on this site with their before and afters, and it will motivate me to exercise that much harder.
I started 4 weeks ago... I was at 245. I'm down to 235. I started to jog 2 weeks ago and am following the couch to 5K program on my iphone.
I starting off by cutting out pop and drinking more water and eating at night and have noticed a change in the way my pants and shorts feel. Not really dieting other than changing my lifestyle. So more water, no junk other than 1 day on the weekend, as I can keep a routine through work. I have a goal to be under 200. Ideally 180 but I guess small steps at a time.
