New here!.... Stumble across this forum (google search weight training for women)
Been yo-yo dieting since I was 16 , 36 now and just now understood that when you diet u have tendancy to lose muscles if not done right. I am ready to change that now, since in the past I used to lose fast 3-5 lbs./week
241 lbs. 5'7" , wife, mother of four boys(ages 5-17)
I will be posting my 1st question in the supplement forum. Don't like ordering products online(cause i'm impulse buyer-can't wait for delievery)But I notice some supplements like Hot-Rox , lean sys.7 have different ingre,at places like Wal-mart & GNC
