30ish pounds lost since February...

I started living healthy in February, and have lost some 30 pounds since then. But I'm feeling frustrated, I have been hovering over 245-240 pounds since several months now, and no matter how hard I work I can't seem to get into the 230's. :banghead:

I'm seriously contemplating some sort of pills or something. Would you advise hypnotherapy? I've heard good things about it and am seriously considering it.

Have you tried measuring your waist instead of just looking at how many pounds you've lost? Good job on the progress so far. I can definitely see your belly is shrinking.
 
I'd also be curious to see what you're eating and what kinds of exercises you are doing. I can understand just a bit. I once again started trying to lose weight and thought I was doing well recently but the scale would just go up and down around the same number. I've been making slow changes. Here are a couple that Ive tried

Eating 6 small meals a day and no eating after meal 6
Increased protein ( i think this has helped the most)
less carbs but not eliminating them ( i have most of the heavier food before dinner)

I'm seeing a little bit of progress now but of course I have more changes to make!
