Can someone tell me how many times a week do you do this workout?
Is it just a end of the week fitness test? Or is it a all the time exercise( 4 to 5 times a week ).
The reason why I'm asking is because, I'm getting conflicting info on the net. One site I went to said 3 to 4 times a week, and another said once a week. So which is it?
