30 day shred.

So I just started the 30 day shred video/programme and was wondering if anyone else has any experience with this?

I'm doing the 20 minute workout every morning and after two days I can already feel a change in energy levels, but was wondering if any of you have combined the 30 day shred with something else? :)

Ive Just done level 2 and 3 of this this afternoon..


I Do this with walking or aerobic step
 
Cool, I'm on day four, and everything is already easier :) So I now do the Shred in the mornings and the 60 day sixpack programme in the afternoons :)
