3 weeks of diet and exercise. lost 0 pounds please help!

Hello!
tl;dr:been dieting, exercising, and taking garcinia cambogia for 3 weeks and have not lost any weight.

I was on an antidepressant for a few months. The first month i lost A LOT of weight. a lot of people noticed...then i started gaining weight. my boyfriend at the time told me to lose 20 pounds and he would propose (we are obviously not together anymore...love me for who i am and not what size jeans i fit in). but he had a point, i did put on some pounds. so i stopped taking the medication. i am totally fine without them. so about 3 weeks ago i decided that i do want to fit into my old clothes. so i started taking garcian cambogia and working out, and dieting. 3 weeks later i have lost no weight. some days i weight more some days i weight less, but in the last 3 weeks i still weight 180. I am 5'6 with a pretty athletic build, so i am not "chubby" but i can see a belly pouch, and my arms are too big to fit into some of my shirts.

here is my regime:
Stopped taking medication
I used to drink a bottle of wine a day (I worked from home and was bored) now i drink "maybe" 2 glass of wine. no hard alcohol
The week is started Garcinia Cambogia pills i lost 3 pounds in 3 days. but the pills were too big so i switched to the liquid form and took them as directed.
i got a new job, so i walk a lot more. i try to do 10,000 steps per day.
I do a 3 mile walk from youtube, but i am dripping sweat after 40 minutes. its great. and i am sore the day after
for breakfast 3 days a week i eat scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon. the other days i eat oatmeal with butter and honey with bacon or sausage
this week, i stopped putting sugar in my coffee and use honey instead.
i have cut out most carbs and sugar

So I am not expecting to lose 10 pounds in a week, but 2 or 3? But right now, I am not losing any weight!!!

What i am doing wrong to lose NOTHING.
 
First of all congratulations for

Wine is not good for diets if you
Can drink either vodka or gin believe
It or not they are good on calories
Of course use a mixer you sound quite
Fit and healthy what you may need
To do his weights cardio is fine but
For me weights is better. Try to eat
4 to 5 times a day more protein then
Carbis but don't leave carbs out of your diet also keep busy and
Active most of the time you can't stay
Fit and active purely through the gym
I lost 14 stone in one year through
My own methods and I was not as fit

Reflecting on your lifestyle if you
Don't mind me saying is a bit erratic.
Your food choices appear to be your
Own choices.don't get me wrong I love
Sausages, bacon, and even like honey.
But at this stage of your weight loss
They are not appropriate.you can walk
To Australia and back, figuratively speaking. and still burn zero calories.
If you choose to keep on eating Sausages and bacon etc remember
The nearer you get to your goal
Weight the harder you need to work
The two biggest mistakes people
Make when they combine exercise
And food is that they eat to much
And exercise to little or they exercise
To much and eat to little sending there
Metabolism mental try to get the
Balance between exercise and food
In the exercise world there is a famous saying more is less and less is
More I can go on all day about this
Subject and bore you to tears so
Don't worry all you need to do his
Rethink your game plan that's all.

These are very caloric foods, you could be easily exceeding or equaling your maintenance calories.
Start tracking the calories you eat and stay below your maintenance calories.
If you are not dropping weight you are eating too much calories .
There is no secret.

Few diets, such as slimming world,and the
Infamous pratt-kins diet. and I personally
Love a Cumberland sausage and a bacon
Sandwich. and I know you can grill food,
But the guts of a sausage to me are fatty.
But there are exceptions like Quorn Sausages and some vegetarian Sausages. I am just
Suggesting to try to live without Sausages
And bacon for a few weeks. try fish like fresh
Fish, try grilled chicken,andtuna try make up
Little treats like putting scrambled eggs
On the red fruit flavoured ryvita. cut some
Red and yellow peppers up a put them in a
Pitta bread. make a ham and egg omelette
Using a small amount of olive oil. eat turkey
Slices it might be processed, but do you care.
Once you get down to your goal Weight you
Can eat small amounts of fatty foods this
Will maintain your weight remember you
Want to lose weight it's up to you good luck...

Of course you can lose weight eating bacon, sausage and even mc Donald's.
But these are very caloric foods and if she is not tracking the calories probably she's eating too much cals.
In fact if she's not dropping weight she is eating at a maintenance and needs to eat less calories. Period.

There is a better way out there and people are dropping pounds like up to 20 lbs in 11 days! My wife lost 109 lbs in 7 months.

are you trying to go low carb or low cal, either way will work but at the moment your diet is neither. you need to start tracking your nutrient intake either way you choose to go.

If you are going low carb you need to cut out the honey and the alcohol and the oatmeal and track your intake of calories and macro nutrients. You also need to include a range of green veg to get the required vitamins and minerals they contain.

If your not doing low carb then you need to cut down on the sausages and the alcohol, start tracking calories.

For both ways you need to stop taking the weight loss pills (liquid).
 
You can't manage what you don't measure. I think a lot of people get turned off by tracking because they haven't worked in the past and they find it to difficult. I absolutely believe in tracking my weight, foods and exercises. I don't believe in having to weigh and measure every morsel or attaching fitbits and heart rate monitors to my head. My program needs to be fairly simple.
The way online calculators are set up using the mifflin or the harris benedict they are off about 400 calories a day for me. It wasn't until I dug into it I found out how off these calculators were. Most consider them the Gold Standard, but for me they don't work. I focus on my HSK Primes # and then my average weight. My program has to be simple. View attachment 23146

no it is not a joke. its a drastic change in what i was eating before when I was 15 lighter. Before I gained this weight i was eating breakfast sandwiches, bread pudding, pastas, and a caramel latte daily. Before the medication, I was about 165, but again a very solid build frame, big boobs, flat stomach. mostly muscle. I weight more now than then and i was eating crap. So besides the wine, the honey is the only sugar i have per day which is way less than what i was consuming per day. My diet has been low calorie about 1400 per day including the wine, high protein, low carb, but its not like i am having a whole plate of bacon or sausage...all in moderation, and then exercise. i understand not dropping down 10 pounds in a week, but i am not seeing results with this much of a change over that long of a period.

People give up because losing weight is so simple. People for some reason have this desire to make it complicated. I agree that with the current mainstream tools it can be confusing, but with health sidekick it is not. Tells me exactly how much food I can eat and lose weight and adjust daily. Now whether I eat over that amount is up to me and my mental and spiritual health.
 
Hi I took Garcinia for 3 weeks also and it didnt work for me..what did was Iaso tea by total life changes. I lost 5lbs in 7 days. It was so easy all natural and totally organic. totalifechanges . com / exceptional i dont know but Im totally amazed with this stuff..they also have some drops that I want to try next call resolution ... its a 1200 diet that is suppose to cause you to lose 1-3lbs a day. it had really great reviews. I gave up on the garcinia..it doesnt work well for me.
 
i think you are on the right track ! maybe you'll need some more motivation and go hard for it ! it will happen soon
 
I don't think you're consuming too many calories. If I read correctly, you're consuming 1400 calories? It's all about food choices and nutrients. You have to fill your plate with nutritious foods like veggies and proteins (lean meat, soy based substitutes like tofu, etc.). If you start tracking what you're eating and cut out the alcohol you'll lose in no time. Do you drink enough water?
 
keepit up..just try to reduce the quantity a bit..or exclude bacon and sausages and add roasted beef or grilled chicken instead..otherwise..you seem to be doing great..dont worry...i have the same problem,..my weight is stuck after the 2nd baby..no matter what i do..i dont lose weight as fast as i should..im also 5-7, 185lbs..wanna lose 25lbs but nothing is working at the moment..now trying jillian michael's 60days bodyshred..lets see if that helps me get rid of some weight..best of luck to u..keep it up..and dont be depressed..u will see the difference very soon iA:)
 
You might consider doing another kind of exercise if you can swimming is great, it is a low impact exercise so you won feel tired, if you feel you can't swim just walking aroung the pool doing some other kind of exercise is great to, maybe consider joining a water aerobics class! Hope you can achieve great results!!!
 
First off let me start by congratulating you on taking the first step. Since you have an athletic build, you will see more inches than pounds being lost. Try to switch your bacon and sausage to turkey bacon and sausage. How much water are you in taking a day? Stay away from a lot of juices and sodas. Try a meal replacement shake.
