Hello!
tl;dr:been dieting, exercising, and taking garcinia cambogia for 3 weeks and have not lost any weight.
I was on an antidepressant for a few months. The first month i lost A LOT of weight. a lot of people noticed...then i started gaining weight. my boyfriend at the time told me to lose 20 pounds and he would propose (we are obviously not together anymore...love me for who i am and not what size jeans i fit in). but he had a point, i did put on some pounds. so i stopped taking the medication. i am totally fine without them. so about 3 weeks ago i decided that i do want to fit into my old clothes. so i started taking garcian cambogia and working out, and dieting. 3 weeks later i have lost no weight. some days i weight more some days i weight less, but in the last 3 weeks i still weight 180. I am 5'6 with a pretty athletic build, so i am not "chubby" but i can see a belly pouch, and my arms are too big to fit into some of my shirts.
here is my regime:
Stopped taking medication
I used to drink a bottle of wine a day (I worked from home and was bored) now i drink "maybe" 2 glass of wine. no hard alcohol
The week is started Garcinia Cambogia pills i lost 3 pounds in 3 days. but the pills were too big so i switched to the liquid form and took them as directed.
i got a new job, so i walk a lot more. i try to do 10,000 steps per day.
I do a 3 mile walk from youtube, but i am dripping sweat after 40 minutes. its great. and i am sore the day after
for breakfast 3 days a week i eat scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon. the other days i eat oatmeal with butter and honey with bacon or sausage
this week, i stopped putting sugar in my coffee and use honey instead.
i have cut out most carbs and sugar
So I am not expecting to lose 10 pounds in a week, but 2 or 3? But right now, I am not losing any weight!!!
What i am doing wrong to lose NOTHING.
