3 months progress

I'm been working out for about 3 months now and ive seen some changes but not as much as i would have liked. I don't have any pics of before i started working out so ill just use my 1 month and 3 month pics as comparison. For some reason my 3 month pics look REALLY dopey :p

My workout looks a little like this.

Monday: Powersnatch[1]+OH squat: 3x8
Bench: 3x8
Bent over rows: 3x8
Situps: 3x30 (only started this the last few weeks)

Wednesday(When i can get to the gym): fully body (legpress, bench, squats, medicineball crunches, butterfly machine whatever i can get on.

Wednesday
(when i cant get to the gym):
Bicep curls: 3x8
Bench: 3x8
Bent over rows: 3x8
Military press: 3x8
Situps: 3x30 (only started this the last few weeks)

Friday: Power clean[1]+Walking Lunges: 4x10 each leg
Deadlift: 4x5
Pushups: 4xnear failure (or bench 4x8)
Situps: 4x30 (only started this the last few weeks)

I see improvements in the back, but i think you need to bulk up until you gain enough muscle to where you can start cutting and get that ripped look
