weight training...good or bad??

i plan to do them wednesday, thurs and sat??

Also rate my week..last week!!
5-55 minute jogs..lots of km at least 7
4-weight training 45-50 minutes
 
it's always been my understanding that back to back days of lifting, especially when you're focusing on the same body part isn't great for you - your muscles need some time to recover - so you might want to mae it tuesday, thursday, saturday
 
I also have always heard every other day for weight training. A lot of folks slide cardio in on those days.
