Hi - I am new here and ready to start loosing weight, again! I had my 2nd baby a few months ago, and need to loose 30 pounds. I was able to get down to 135 9 months after my first was born, I hope to repeat it but this time around is alot harder! I started exercising seriously 2 weeks ago, and just decided yesterday that I also need to count my calories because I have only lost 1 pound! I'm gonna need some help on this one, and menu suggestions would be great, too!
