29 y-old male, 145 lbs, belly problem... nsfw

So I'm 145 lbs, 29 years old. I have somewhat of a problem with my belly... it's bigger than I'd like it to be. I don't want to end up 5 years later with something that's even harder to rid of. Is it fat or what? Is cardio training recommended or abdominals or both? thanks

you should combine aerobic and weight lifting wuth a balanced diet.
if your goal is to loss body fat you need to put your main focus on aerobic workout, but still combine it with some weight lifting workout. when doing so you will lose body fat and increase your muscle weight which will help you tone up your body.
i personally exercise 5 short workouts a week, 1 hour each. 3 aerobic workouts and 2 weight lifting workouts.
