Hey, on here since last november and find this forum gr8. K i will be quick, I started at 263 May 2009. From May to December 2009 I lost 73 pounds, have only lost 7 pounds last few months, really because I havent pushed myself. Starting again this past week and lost 4lbs so im gna kick myself into gear and get myself to 140. My height by d way is 5ft 6. Im hoping to lose 2lbs per week which i think is ok.
