hi everybody

as you can see i still have A LOT of toning to do around my mid-section. my skin get very stretched out when i was heavier. i'm working on it though, and any tips would help!!

Our body shapes are actually very similar! Also our skin. So thanks for posting this!

How tall are you? If you don't mind me asking.

Amazing change! Congrats on the weightloss :) Sorry I have no tips, but you're doing great! I'd like to know how long it took you, and what you did to lose it, if you don't mind. :sifone:

i like the smiley smoking a joint, haha.

anyways, the whole process (which is still not over) took me about 8 months. of course there were some breaks in between all that, and random platous i hit.

and the way i did it was just by changing my entire lifestyle. i eat A LOT of fruits, and veggies. i never eat chicken, rarely any red meat, but i usually eat seafood every day. i limit all carbs, and went completely natural! when i was eating GMO food i always felt so heavy and sick. but since going natural i feel leaner and i have more energy.

i also workout at least 6 times a week. either running, walking, biking, or free weights.
 
Great job on your weight loss! You've done fantastic so far and it will only get better as you continue to tone up.

(BTW... you have a very cute butt!

What did you weigh before? What was/is your size before and after?

I wish I had tips on the skin question, but from the reading Ive done it just takes time to shrink back. Just like it takes time to stretch out. How long? Not sure. Ive been loosing my weight slowly and have some loose skin under my arms and inner thighs. Ive got a ways to go still though so my stomach will probably be loose too along with those. ::sigh::
 
You look great! I have the same tummy problems that you have. I wish I knew what to do about it and am just praying that it goes back to normal. Sometimes I almost think the fat was more attractive, then I snap out of it and remember that no one can see it under my clothes anyways. :)
 
great job! for toning tips...besides working out and stuff i would suggest to drink about 12 glasses of water a day and 5 glasses of green tea...i have been doing this and it has helped tone my body significantly as i lose weight! good luck :)
 
What a difference between those pictures!!! Congrats on your weightloss and obviously all your hard work is paying off in a BIG WAY or NOT SO BIG way!!!:hurray:
 
Great job on your weight loss! Unfortunately, skin stretched due to weight gain (from pregnancy or otherwise) can never be toned back to its original appearance. Only plastic surgery will tighten it back up completely.
 
thanks everybody! J Girl - you need to do more research because it is ALWAYS possible to tighten the skin. if you have some look it up online to get tips. i've found a lot of techniques that are already making a huge difference!! :sifone:
