Ok, so I'm at that point in life where I'm thinking how I reached this point and how to go back to my old self. I was on tae-kwon-do for years and didn't have any problems with my weight at all, but one busted knee and going too deep into no exercise zone has taken it's toll on my weight, I'm tired of looking myself in the mirror so I decided I was gonna go back to my old habits.
For the last week I've been running a stationary bicycle I have at home for at least 30 minutes up to 45 minutes today. I can't have any kind of impact on my knee or it will start to hurt bad, which in turn, makes me stop exercising.
So, to keep this one short, can anyone recommend an exercise routine that I can do to lose weight initially and build upon. I really need help because at TKD all we did was, run, push-ups, abs etc. plus the standard tdk stuff, but there was never any particular routine to follow.
I will turn 26 on june 3, and would love to lose around 10 pounds by then and keep at that, I may be setting my goals a bit high, but by the end of July I want to be at 200, even if I have to work myself out to do it, if it's not attainable then at least lose as much weight and keep at it till I'm at the "supposed" weight for my age... so yeah...
Help
