thanks guys, well i have just really cut down, probably too far but i'm one of these people that has no patience and needs quick results. Most days i am below 1000 cals, and being 6ft tall i guess i burn more calories a day than most, so drop about half pound a day. I also use the *before* picture (at home you can see my fat butt in it as well, but i edited that out!) as inspiration, next to a thin womans, see below. Im in uk, and cadburys do a lovely hot chocolate drink thats only 40 cals and takes edge off. Plus i drink alot of flavoured fizzy water, peach, its really sweet but no cals, and fills me up.
