I'm back after not visiting the site for a while. Im currently at 216 hoping to be down to 190 for my marathon on Oct 28. (26 pounds in 5 months)
Also want to have Body fat percentage of 20% - currently at 29%.
Tomorrow is my "unofficial" first day of summer. My goal for the next 100 days (until Sept 2) is to do the following every day:
30 minutes of cardio (running, incline walking, biking, kettlebell swings)
100 pushups
100 situps
I hope to be doing more, but these are my goals for every day.
