I was a heavy set kid most of my life. From around age 7 to 18 I was a chunky monkey. At age 19 I started to lose weight. I am 20 now. I went from 240 to 180 and I'm trying to cut the last bit of fat off to get down to a lower BMI. I'm 5' 10'' by the way.

Before (oh my god!!!!! 240)

After

Let me know what you think!!!!

You've done a great job my friend. How long did it take for you to lose weight? I can see that you had some man-boob.. what exactly you did to reduce that?

Also, the 2nd and 3rd pic, you look different. Your face looks a bit different

anyways, you're really an inspiration. Well done & stay healthy,

My weight loss came in chunks over a year and a half period. Close to two years. The first set took me from 240-210. The second set many months later dropped me to where I am at currently. Honestly, the only working out I did was pushups, pullups and abs.

So, as far as getting rid of the man boobs, it was just a lot of pushups. At first I would do like 50 in a day. like 10 at a time. Now I aim for like 300 or more.

The 2nd and 3rd pictures might have been taken on different days I suppose I don't really know. I just grabbed em off my camera.

Any chance you could tell me pretty much exactly like how you went about it? I'm very interested in doing something similar so I'd just like to know what exercises you did for abs besides situps and like how often you changed the increments of your situps/pushups and how much you increased it by each time.

To tell you the truth I don't even know. My "Weight loss" started as me just wanting to be stronger so it started with lifting free weights and doing situps when I could barely do any. But, through diet and exercise I dropped to around 210. Then from there the last 30lbs was a lot of hard exercise, like pushups, situps, maybe a run once a week or two. I do a lot of pullups where I work there is a place to.

Man boobs are just caused by body fat. Gaining muscle will make your man boobs seems perkier, but can still be man boob ish, I had that problem. Drop your BF% Through diet. Lean meats, salad, no simple carbs if you can do it. I eat my fruits and veggies throughout the day and eat my meats at night to help for rebuilding muscle.

Hmmm... Biggest tip I can give is don't give up. I wish I could help more people that are embarking on the journey I took. It's a long road and no one can do it for you, as hard as that feels. Just work hard and if you aren't perfect, screw it. No one is. Be happy with how far you have come if nothing else.
