240 to 173 Weight Loss

I now weigh 171...but my camera fell in a creek. haha
Anyway, I started out at about 240 in May 2008. I now am 171. I'm not sure how much more I want to lose...I want to take it 5 or 10 pounds at a time.. Because I think a little flesh is attractive.lol

I really want to start p90x. Has anyone tried it? results?

Wow you look great! How did you lose the weight so fast? I started in September and I have only lost 30lbs so far. This means that I am only losing 10lbs per month. I would like to lose 60 more lbs. Any advice would be helpful! Keep up the good work!
 
so much more younger looking,congrats!!!!!!whats your secret to fast weight loss?im at 235 now from 256 a few weeks ago but i want to lose 10lbs a week,patience isnt a virtue,lol
 
Where are you people getting fast weight loss at? She started in May of 08 and it is now Nov of 09. Thats 18 months. She has lost approximately 70lbs. So thats and average of 3.8 lbs per month.

Your right, I hadn't noticed the 2008! I guess I'm not doing to bad after all !!!!!

great job, it definitly shows. P90x is great if you like intense daily exercise 6 days a week. otherwise, its just gonna collect dust.

You're ending weight is where I'd like to be in a few months. I've been using P90X for the past few weeks to facilitate the weight loss and it's been awesome. It does take some commitment but I find it incredibly easy. Easy in the sense that you just have to pop a DVD in and go. The workouts are extremely difficult though. Good luck! :)
 
Extremely Well Done! Congratulations

You've lost a great deal of weight in the past. You need to know your body fat percentage level, your ideal body fat level and current body weight. Put down all these readings in your diary and then chalk out a plan to achieving it.

If you have still have 10-20 pounds to lose then you can include Yoga breathing exercises in your exercise regimen as they will burn fat without any side effects.
