230 to 175 lbs. * half-way * still more to come!! 
I started off at the beginning of this year (Jan. 2011) by joining a gym, and deciding to eat healthier, and it's paid off! My highest weight was 230 (as seen in first pic) I was down to 220 when I started at the gym in Jan. I'm currently now sitting at about 183-185 lbs. (as seen in the second pic) I'm 5'4" so I'm only about half way to my goal of 140. Once I reach that, we'll see where I want to be. have a long way to go, but I know I can do it...especially when I see all these motivational pictures on this website. Thanks to everyone who has posted and kept me going strong

The last 3 pics are me now at 175 lbs, not much of a difference from last time, I've hit a plateau. I took a little bit of time to relax and not stress over eating healthy/working out all the time. Now that I've done that, I'm ready to get back into it and reach my goal
