Hey all, I'm new here and want to post more, but first off, I want to say I just want to lose weight and get in shape.
I'm 22, 6"1 and I weight 232lbs as of right now.
I weighed more about 2 years ago about 245 without working out ever and lose some weight. I quit for awhile and gained back some.
I recently signed up to the gym and usually every other day I walk/jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Or I do the elliptical trainer for an hour.
I also was doing weight lifting for about 20 minutes until I pulled a muscle, but ready for weights again.
I've been hitting the gym for a bout a month and not lost weight at all but kinda gained some weight. I think it might be the weights.
I also eat late night sometimes (munchies) which sucks and I need to work on that, but other than that I don't eat that much usually only grilled chicken, subway or other somewhat healthy snacks.
I would like to get down to buff or lose my belly and face fat and get fit, now could anyone please help me out and let me know whats up or whats a way for a guy like to me to lose weight, it just seems nothings working, thank you.
