Hey Everyone
Thought I'd share my weightloss experience so far
I had a lightbulb moment on New Years Day 2010 when I hit the scales at 224lbs the heavist I've ever been in my 25 yrs on earth!
Currently weigh 201 lbs plan to get down to 175 as am 5"11
June 2011 Update with pictures below!
Initially I cut down on my food intake & logged everything I ate, which helped me lose the first 10lbs then I had another light bulb moment when I figured hey I need to get off the sofa and be more active.
Since then I havent looked back I joined a gym and go 3-4 times a week, doing a mixture of cardio & resistance sessions. I also swim twice a week and take every oppourtunity at work to be active and on the move.
Update June 2011
I now weigh 168 lbs, (56lbs lost) I am super happy with my achievement so far, I have decided to aim for another 8 lbs.
In total I have dropped 5 dress sizes yey and am feeling super healthy & happy!
Originally I was obese on the bmi calculator, now I am comfortably within the healthy weight range!
And I now love my legs hehe!!
