219-144 NOT done. x3

Hi ((= Sorry for the re-post, I needed to watermark my photos
only because so many people have warned me and told me to do so
on these threads. Not that anyone would steal my pics but whatever.


Anyways, I'm down 75lbs, and have another 10-20 to go.
At least I hope thats it. XD
I'm 5'4 and 16yrs old, ive been loosing weight since the end of
my freshmen year.
I've always struggled with my weight but when i went into high-school
I became HUGE, and I never thought I was, until one day I walked down
the mall, saw my reflection and was like WOW LOOK AT THAT GIRL,
oh fuuuuuuh-- thats me -.-'. Haha, WAKE-UP call to reality for sure.

-Hoping for a bit of inspiration or push or something. I gained 2lbs, x3
and I'm just way down in the dumps.(SO i have lost 77, but gained 2,
we will just say it was because of the out of town co&ca concert.)


Order of pictures:
First one: Is my heaviest maybe. 210-219
Second one: is at 190
Third one: is like 145-150
Last one: Is recent 144.
 
AWESOME progress girl!! I definitely remember seeing an older post you made and you deff have made more progress since then!! I am jealous..definitely motivation. I am 5'3 maybe a little under..and am at like 155; have been for the past 2 months :( Ive been up and down between 152-160 and am struggling..but seeing your awesome results is a boost of confidence!! Good luck cannot wait to see the end result :)

Well that makes me more then glad to be a motvation for you,
and that makes me wanna work even harder now.
You'll get it there soon, hope to hear from you when you

You look great! I have seen an older posting of you, and it is definitely a huge change. you look like a different person! How is your diet and workout plan?

Well it's all about eating right, and in the right proportions for you.
SO I just started eating less, but enough to fill me. so im not starving or stuffed.
And my workout I run 2miles everyday, walk for 10min and then lift weights,
something like that.
 
You should be really proud of yourself! You did it while you were young and didn't wait! That's awesome :)
 
You look amazing! You have done an awesome job and I can't wait to see how you look when you reach your goal. Not too much to go!
 
you look great! I'm so envious that you have the will to lose weight at your age, I wish I was as strong as you are back when I was 16. You're almost there, I wish you the best of luck to get to goal!
 
wow... u look amazing...! im so jelous right now! lol nah... but seriously u should be very proud of urself! i cant wait untill im all hotted up aswell! lol =)
