Last time I posted I believe I was halfway. Now I'm just under 3/4 of the way, and lost 200 lbs.

Got about another 80 lbs to go till I reach my goal. I'm just glad it's not another 100 lbs :D

My jaw just dropped! WAY TO GO. this is my first post ever on this forum... i have been using the forums for motivation... and let me tell you damn do they motivate me.. i myself started at 290 and am now at 255 thats only it 2 1/2 months... its people like you who have also helped me out. thanks.
 
hey FLG, you look AMAZING! that's a job well done! i've seen you a couple of times in the 300 club but i can see your pretty much outta there...good stuff! 200lbs lost? i'm speechless, your an inspiration to us all! all the best as you go on to your goal weight xoxo
