20 minutes a day

Hi, I have grown to like exercise over the last 6 years or so but that is because I do more of an interval training workout so it keeps it interesting. I have some DVD's that I use that go from weights to cardio. They are very fun to do and now there is a new set that takes only 20 minutes a day. It's a great workout and leaves me plenty of time to get it done before my kids wake up in the morning. 20 minutes a day and I'm on my way! I've lost weight and inches and I feel so good! I love them so much that I even set up a blog to show my 30 day results from this new set of Dvd's. They are awesome!
