2 questions bout bulking

when trying to bulk when is the best time to drink milk? between meals? with meals?
when i start bulking should i change my split workouts to full body workouts instead?
and as i want it to be a good clean bulk could someone explain to me what the ratio of food groups would be.

unless ur planning on competitive bodybuilding, u shoon't even bother with anything but full body workouts...have milk when u want doesn't really matter depends wat u have it with (protein, milkshake etc)...as for food ratio's go with 2 grams of protein per pd of bodyweight...2g/pd/bw for carbs and 1g/pd/bw of fats (healthy though)...if not gaining increase carbs and protein alittle and adjust accordingly
