2% milk + protein mix at night ok?

Hey, i'm 18, currently 5'11, 170lbs with around 14.7% BF. I work out 6 days a week around 2 hours per workout and i'm still trying to cut the body fat while gaining muscle. So far my diet of egg whites, carbs, fruits in the morning, protein and veges and a little carbs for lunch and mostly protein/green veges for dinner has been working out great. My question is, if i'm trying to cut body fat, would it be ok to drink a protein shake mixed with 2% milk a few hours before I hit the sack? I know that when you eat carbs at night and you sleep on it, it turns to sugar which turns to fat. The milk has 13g of carbs with 10g of protein and the mix itself has 4g of carbs with 20g of protein. Is this ok for a latenight snack or will the carbs turn to fat? How many carbs is too much for late afternoon/night time?

here is the mix i use for reference:

I just skimmed through that, but, I have a galss of milk before bed, it does'nt have any effect on me, But i would reccomend you have casien before bed, if you are having whey currently, it digests too fast, u need slow digesting protien before bed.

on a cutting cycle, you may wanna avoid milk...but it just depends on your tolerance. if you can cut quickly on milk, you can keep it. i'd still probably go with skim though.

also, amplify protein is very expensive for what it really is. you can get twice as much ON 100% whey for half the price, or twice as much Nitrean for $15 less.
