Over the past year I've gone from 14.8 stone to just over 12 stone.
I've done it all through reducing portions, eating better foods and for exercise I've been running 5 or 6 days a week.
The problem is that now I've injured my leg and can only do other forms of cardio which I can only burn about a third of the calories that I did when I ran.
I've changed my programme to cardio Monday- Wednesday- Friday with a weights workout on Tuesday and Thursday, working chest, shoulders and biceps but not much else.
I want to hear from anyone else that has had to stop their main source of exercise or from people who have gone from doing a lot of cardio over to weights...how has this been for your weight loss?
I'm still overweight and it's so frustrating to get so close and then have to slow down
