breakfast:
eggwhite omlette w/mushrooms, 1 piece of w.w. cheese, turkey, salsa and 2 clementines
lunch:
low sodium turkey w/red roasted pepper & wasabi
dinner:
homemade chicken soup w/lots off veggies and elbow macaronni, 7 flax seed veggie tortilla chips
snacks:
f.f. cottage cheese w/wild blueberries, handful of raw almonds
beverages:
3-coffee w/f.f. half/half and teaspoon of sugar
blueberry green tea w/ 1 teasppon of agave nectar
water
this is what I am planning today!
any comments.....
