(1996 Flashback): Wassup!

Hi! I'm Amber from Georgia and I'm trying to become stronger and more lethal...er.... toned. I'm 225 pounds, so I might be a ways away from perfect, but I can still tell whether or not I've been making my muscles stronger like I should.

I bought a Wii fit, and... well... Haven't used it in a few weeks. It really is pretty boring, and they left out a few of my favorite exercises. The little games are fun and stuff, but it's no substitute for the real thing (except when it comes to building balance--there it's absolutely awesome!).

Currently I'm training to walk in a half-marathon (March 29!!). I haven't done any weight lifting or strength building (call it what you may) in months, but I'm putting together a workout to start tomorrow.

If you have any "super moves" that have totally worked for you, feel free to share!
