Thanks! And I did it with calorie restriction (1200-1300 per day) and exercise. I do 1 hr of cardio 4 days a week (Turbo Jam, Tae Bo) and 1 hr of strength training twice a week (Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs). I'm pretty diligent, very rarely missing a day of exercise.
The picture of you in the Wal-mart change room made me laugh because it reminds me so much of myself. I have been in the Wal-mart change room with that exact same look on myself - discouraged because certain clothes aren't fitting right. However, you most likely don't run into that situation now You should be so happy that you came so far
I think you look great and toned! No worry about the boobies ( you mentioned this one in your blog) ...some men prefer a slimmer more athletic women vs big and flabby women with boobs. At least that's what my man say's! I lost a lot of boobage too when I lost weight.
