19 y/o athlete looking to shed a few pounds.

I am a 19 y/o enjoying my summer break between college semesters and am curious about seriously trying to lose weight for the first time in my life. I am 5'11'' and about 195-200 lbs. with a muscular build and broad upper body. My whole life I have been on the slim side, being able to eat whatever I wanted (3 meals a day plus several snacks, fast food several times a week) and still maintain "6-pack" abs.

As I have continued a variation of this lifestyle into my early adult years, I've noticed that I've slowly started to lose some of the definition (around the ab and chest area) that I've been able to pride myself on being able to have over the years. I'd like to make a serious effort at staying as physically fit for as long as possible.

My goal is to lose 5-10 lbs., and have a diet/exercise plan that will keep this off for me. How many calories should I be eating per day? What mix of running/abs/light weightlifting should I be doing?

Thanks ahead to anyone who can give some good advice.
