Hello. I'm 15stone 8lb but started 2wks ago at 16stone 5 and 3/4lbs so you could probably lose more than a stone in 6wks if u really try. Do u have a diet plan?
It's a bit difficult to have a diet plan as I'm currently living at home and my mum does the cooking for the whole family. Although I'm going cold turkey with all the junk food/snacks I was eating between meals (which was a LOT). My mum tends to cook pretty good food so I think that side of things will be ok.
I'm focussing more on exercise because I enjoy the sense of achievement that comes with it. I've been starting my day with a session on the Wii Fit and in the afternoons I'll go cycling for a couple of hours. Plus small lifestyle changes like walking short journeys instead of taking the car etc.
