I am a solid kid. I work out-(just biceps/ triceps)
However i have bear belly syndrome- and its killing my posture.
I have maintained 220 for about a year.
I am trying to stay away from the sugars/sweets
my calorie intact is suposed to be aroun 2100 calories i believe. (calculator on internet)
My BMI says i'm 1 point shy of obesity
so what do i do.
If i worked out every day Mildly
and ate right. Do you think i could lose it.? And in how long.?
What should i limit myself to eating?
