185--->148 woo!

Started this journey in August 08 and I'm glad to say that I've seen it through this far! I started at 185 and am officially down to 148! My goal is 140, but I think once I get there I may shoot for 130! I'm 23 years old, 5'7, and have a child so my midsection hasn't been so forgiving! Just thought I'd share my progress and inspire those beginning their journey! This section has been a great motivation!

For those interested in knowing my tactics... I've been using mycaloriecounter.com religiously almost everyday! Tracking my calories and gradually reducing my caloric intake has made a HUGE difference. At my current weight, I'm staying between 1200-1400 cals per day and have been working out 4-6 days per week for the last 7 months. I try to do cardio for atleast 30mins 3-4 times a week and have been hitting the gym for weight training 1-2 days per week. My weightloss has slowed lately so I've decided to up it to the max and started p90x last week. It's SUPER intense, but I'm confident that I will stick with it for the next 90 days and not only lose these last 10+lbs but tone up and get buff!

Yeah, it looked like you carried your 180/185 pretty well to begin with. 37lbs down, you look smokin'! Good work!
